How long does it take to process my order?

On average, it takes 1-2 business days to process an order prior to shipping. To make sure that your order is processed quickly, please use the same address for both billing and shipping. If they are different, then please make sure that the shipping address is on file with your bank or credit card company.

How long does shipping take?

We ship through USPS. Delivery takes 1-3 business days, depending on location. We ship Monday-Friday, so if an order is placed on Saturday-Sunday it will ship on Monday.

Sale items?

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pre-Orders?

When purchasing an item that’s available for pre-order, be sure to purchase it separately from items that are ready to ship to insure that you receive your non pre-order items in a timely manner. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

How do I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be included in your shipping notification e-mail.

How do I return my product?

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed, we ARE NOT able to honor CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS. Items are only available for exchange if they are damaged. If your item(s) is damaged, please use our contact form so that we can further assist you. 

What if my item is damaged?

If there are any issues with an item(s), you must complete and submit our Contact  form within 48 hours of receiving your package(s). Please provide name of item(s), order number, and description of damaged item(s). C&B has the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that it determines does not meet its requirements. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
